Bob Sharp

Chief Technology Officer

Bob Sharp, an original capture and control technology pioneer since 2004, is the Founder and CTO of STAX Engineering.
Bob has experience developing several Emissions Capture and Control Systems, implementing lessons learned over the past 20 years, and researching principles in science and health to develop the current next-generation (STAX) system. Bob continues to lead research and development for STAX with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation. Through Bob’s leadership and vision, STAX has been awarded ten patents, and more are pending.

Michael Walker
Chief Executive Officer
Michael Walker has been CEO of STAX since 2019. During this time, he has overseen the construction of several barge systems and manages product commercialization, marketing, contracting, and accounting.
Michael has over 20 years of operations, management, and leadership experience in building companies, from the pre-commercialization start-up phase to successful market penetration and integration in environmental infrastructure markets. His financial acumen provides a solid foundation for STAX’s future expansion and ongoing operations.

Edward Norton

Chief Strategy Officer
Edward Norton is well-known as an award-winning actor, screenwriter, director, and producer. He also has a substantial parallel career as an environmental sustainability advocate and activist, as well as a serial entrepreneur and founder of IT and clean tech companies.
As a visionary entrepreneur, he co-founded CrowdRise (acquired by GoFundMe), EDO (a media data analytics firm), and Zeck (a business software firm where he currently serves as one of the three managing partners). Edward joined STAX in 2019, taking a leadership role in recruiting a board of veteran industrial investors and operators to fund STAX's foundational development and strategic growth.

Andrew Wolff

Andrew Wolff is the Founder and CEO of Beowolff Capital, an alternative asset firm that takes substantial positions in a concentrated portfolio of private investments. Recent investments include STAX, Leonardo Holdings, a fine art market roll-up combining Artnet, Artsy, and other assets into the leading global digital marketplace in the art industry, and a portfolio of AI and enterprise software investments.
Andrew has been a private market investor for 30 years across the United States, Europe, and Asia. At Goldman Sachs he served as Global Co-Head of the Merchant Banking Division, Global Co-Head of Corporate Equity Investing, and Co-CIO of the flagship private equity funds, becoming partner in 2006. Andrew holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Yale and a J.D. and M.B.A. from Harvard Law and Business Schools.
